Sometimes, things fall apart? Much of my music video “Puppets of War” for the Offspring’s “Hammerhead” contest was made by using paper and foam puppets, filmed in front of a “blue screen”. (You can see one of my makeshift stages in the first shot.) Wood or metal sticks were used to control their motion, but sometimes things would get a little crazy, as you can see! Afterward, the shots were composited together with my computer – ( 122 layers for the whole project! ) If you have any questions, I love to talk about these things.
