Here was a nice moment AFTER our Thursday CK Cafe Open Mic (in Claremont, near the Packing House) closed that night – it’s a really nice atmosphere – half of the fun is outside the place, as people talk, practice, and jam! myspace.com/ckopenmic Shodire was singing the blues, with Brooke and Josiah? playing guitars, Chris etc. getting percussion going with shakers and such – That strange ambient organ sound was my portable KORG Kaossilator touch synth! It’s not just for techno anymore. (Which I bought at NoiseBug synth and music shop in Pomona.)
