This is an extremely rare piece and is the last one available ever. Its a foot or hand controlled analog drum machine from Shin-e Companion (Jax) of Japan circa 1967, with a built in photo-cell theremin. I also tweaked the circuitry for maxim freak-out levels. Ive sold the other two remaining ones to members of the Depeche Mode and The Beastie Boys, who really dug them. It has a very analog sound, the kick sounds like an 808, but more useful.
