This started out as a simple test of my modular synth’s polyphonic capabilities. Then I became distracted and created a little piece of music. Then I thought I would do a quick video of myself performing the piece. Unfortunately I didn’t press the camera’s record button hard enough so I only got the audio (recorded to a different device). It was too late at night to try another take so I thought I would just throw a few still shots of things on the video. Then . . . I started gathering video clips and spent a day and a half putting it together!The images and video as a whole represent to me many important things I’ve been thinking and feeling lately. But, I think it would be interesting (especially for me!
